Not only does the bag feel very sturdy, has a great color and fits around the body great. I had such a good experience with the customer service.
The parcel was about to be shipped back to England bc I was out of town when it arrived. After answering me on the same day, they managed to reship the bag to my place and I received it the following day.

Love the Bag

Fantastic bag, highly recommended as it's super sturdy, love the design, I'm using it all the time. Do be aware - as I wasn't when I ordered - that these are made to order, so there was a small wait time for the manufacturing process. Once you understand the ethical / sustainability model it's a small price to pay, but worth mentioning here as it's something I hadn't understood at the time. Would definitely buy again.

Reproofable

This product can be reproofed using a suitable spray in order to make the product water resistant again and ensure it's longevity. We reccomend doing this every few months or after any particularly heavy downpours.
