We check the stitching on all products and take off any excess threads and remove any products that aren't neat. Please contact our team at hi@wawwa.co so we can investigate your case further and see if this would class as a manufacturing fault. Additionally, if you believe the sleeves are too short, you can contact us at the previously mentioned email to check if this is the case, however the sleeves are designed to be a shorter cut. You can also check the length in the size chart on the product page.

In regards to the cotton, I'm sorry it isn't what you were expecting. If you wish to, you are able to apply more wax with our reproofing spray which can be found on our website which you will need in the future to keep the product water resistant.

hey yall, this item is truly perfect. i love the boxy fit, i ordered the large and it is perfectly wide, the sleeves might b a bit shorter than i expected, but it works (there are buttons that allow you to cinch down the sleeve cuff). the quality is truly amazing, i love it. also last night i got caught in the rain, and it worked beautifully. i really recommend this item and this brand. can’t wait to see what they make next.

Water Resistant

Water-resistant means that the material or product can resist the penetration of water to some degree, but not entirely. It can withstand light rain or water splashes for a short time, but prolonged exposure to water or heavy rain can seep through the material.

Reproofable

This product can be reproofed using a suitable spray in order to make the product water resistant again and ensure it's longevity. We reccomend doing this every few months or after any particularly heavy downpours.
