Water Resistant Duffle Bag - Biscuit Orange

I really enjoyed visiting the store last Friday, something I’d been wanting to do for ages.
The various bags I was predominantly interested in are really good quality, and the staff member I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

The size, the shape, the colour... Everything is perfect, especially for commuting on my e-bike

I bought the duffle bag in stone. I love the size and shape of it and love the material and the fact that despite the generous size, it’s a light bag
The only criticism I have is that the plastic hardware is positioned in a way that it sits right on the shoulder bone when the bag is at my side and so it causes pain. Also, while you provided a generous length for the strap, it can’t be shortened enough so that the bag can sit tighter against the body. I imagine it’s not such an issue for large guys, but ten bag doesn’t really suit the female body that much.
I’ve taken the bag to get it altered. I basically asked for the part of the strap that can’t be altered in length to be shortened by 20-22 cm. This will move the hardware away from the shoulder bone which means the bag will be comfortable wether it’s worn on my side or around my bag and will warp around the body which will make for easier carrying when it’s packed out and heavy.
It’s not a biggie and easily remedied, just thought you might wanted to know, in case other people are having a similar experience.
Otherwise I think it’s a great bag and once altered I think it will be a definite favourite for work as well as travelling. I love what you are doing and your ethos, I’m definitely a fan!

Love the bag, great construction. I had bought one on the recommendation of my son and I’m really satisfied, I also bought a messenger bag which I’m also really happy with.

Both are really practical and fashionable and the exact size for what I need. We have both added a carabiners to pull in an excess on the bag if there is less contents and when it is full to squeeze everything down.
