Forever chemicals, also known as PFAS (Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances), are synthetic compounds commonly used in waterproofing that persist indefinitely in the environment.
While they're effective at repelling water, these chemicals accumulate in soil, water systems, and living organisms, causing long-term environmental damage and potential health risks.

Reproofable

This product can be reproofed using a suitable spray in order to make the product water resistant again and ensure it's longevity. We reccomend doing this every few months or after any particularly heavy downpours.

Water Resistant

Water-resistant means that the material or product can resist the penetration of water to some degree, but not entirely. It can withstand light rain or water splashes for a short time, but prolonged exposure to water or heavy rain can seep through the material.

We use a combination of petroleum jelly and paraffin waxes that are bi-products of fuel production. By using these materials, we're helping to reduce waste while creating a durable, water-resistant finish.
