By choosing to pre-order with us and our partner Purple Dot, you'll be kept in the loop every step of the way. With email updates throughout the production process, you'll help us make more efficiently in house. Allow us to reduce waste and provide a great customer experience. Here's how: 

  • Easy cancellation and changes: If you change your mind, cancelling or amending a pre-order is easy. You can cancel your pre-order at any point before dispatch by using the pre-order self-serve page.

  • Dispatch with other products: If you order other products alongside your pre-order, they will be shown separately in your cart and dispatched immediately. This means that you won't have to wait for all of your items to become available before receiving your order.

  • Multiple pre-orders: If you pre-order multiple products at once, they will be dispatched as soon as they are ready, so you won't have to wait for each one to become available separately. 

  • Help reduce waste: By pre-ordering, you're helping us reduce waste by allowing us to make what has been ordered and not excess. Additionally, pre-orders enable us to keep prices down by manufacturing in small batch runs rather than made to order.
